Greetings

Greetings to Growth Hub Australia (we, us, our). These Terms of Service (Terms) are the rules by which you will use our website, platform, and webinars, among other services (together, the Services). Through using or accessing our Services, you acknowledge that you shall abide by these Terms.

You are not to use the Services in case of nonagreement.

Eligibility

To access Growth Hub Australia, you have to be:

  • Age minimum of 18 years, or consent of a legal guardian, and
  • The capacity to enter into legally binding contracts according to the Australian law.

Startup founders, entrepreneurs, investors, mentors, and other professionals in the area of Australia are to be the membership.

Account Registration

In order to use some sections of the platform, a creation of an account is required. You also confirm that you will be truthful, full and current in registering.

It is your duty to ensure that you keep your login usernames and passwords confidential. All activity that takes place under your account is your responsibility.

Growth Hub Australia has the right to suspend or close down accounts that violate these Terms or use the Services in ways that misuse it.

Membership and Payments

There are free and paid plans of Growth Hub Australia. Paid plans are charged according to what is posted on the Membership page. Any payments other than AUD will be indicated.

After subscribing, you will have authorization to allow Growth Hub Australia to charge your payment method against recurring fees unless otherwise cancelled.

Growth Hub Australia is free to give refunds at its own will except where the Australian Consumer Law dictates otherwise.

Such benefits as access to webinars, resources, community forums, and mentorship programs may be available to members.

Use of the Services

You voluntarily and reasonably comply with Growth Hub Australia and it includes:

  • Being courteous and respectful of other users and mentors.
  • Failure to post offensive, defamation or unlawful material.
  • Avoiding harassment, spamming, and disruptive behaviour.

Without any written permission, you should not copy, reproduce, distribute, or misuse our material, resources, or features of the platform.

Growth Hub Australia has a right to change, suspend or cancel features or access to the platform whenever they choose.

Intellectual Property

Growth Hub Australia or its partners own all the content, logos, branding, and intellectual property of Growth Hub Australia. No content should be used, copied, or shared commercially without authorization.

All the user-created content (e.g. posts in forums, resources shared) is owned by the user but provides Growth Hub Australia with the right to freely display and promote it on the site without any royalties.

Webinars and Events

Webinars offered by Growth Hub Australia are educational in nature. The attendance could be registered and/or required to be a member.

You accept not to record or republish the content of a webinar without a written consent. Topics and speakers can also be changed randomly.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Growth Hub Australia does not offer investment, legal, or financial advice, but does offer educational and networking services. Access to the Services is at risk.

Growth Hub Australia does not ensure correctness, completeness or reliability of content posted by the user, third-party links, or webinar material.

To the utmost of the possible limits allowed by law, Growth Hub Australia bears no direct, indirect, incidental or consequential liability to damages as a result of using the Services.

Termination

You can cancel your membership either through your account settings or through support.

Growth Hub Australia can suspend or cancel accounts belonging to:

  • Violating these Terms
  • Illegal activities
  • Abuse of the site or bullying of the members

When you are terminated, you will not have access to paid content, webinars, or community.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy also applies to your usage of the platform. Your consent to this policy is to collection, use, and disclose your information by using Growth Hub Australia.

Changes to Terms

Growth Hub Australia has the option of revising these Terms. Once it is posted on this page, the changes will be effective the moment they are posted.

The post-update usage of the platform is acceptance of new Terms.

Governing Law

Such Terms are controlled by the Australian laws and any disagreements will be dealt with by the Australian courts of New South Wales unless otherwise stipulated in the law.
